We are a small, friendly, and informal church of all ages. We seek to be frank and honest about our faith. Our services are Bible-based and participatory. We aim to show God's kingdom to all the people we meet, especially the marginalised.
We are now meeting again in the school hall on Sundays.
Please join us there if you are well and feel comfortable with the risk of disease that is in the community.
The Orange setting exists for COVID management.
We expect masks and physical distancing in our meetings.
A COVID Vaccine Pass is no longer required.
Our Sunday service will by Zoom also. The credentials for joining are the same every Sunday but are also in Westpress.
Please join us by Zoom if you are sick or isolating, e.g. because a close COVID contact or you are particularly vulnerable to COVID, Flu or whatever is doing the rounds.
Coming together to enjoy food, drink and each other's company & food on the 1st Sunday of the month.
Westchurch's monthly brunch is not a service as you may know it. It's a brunch!
We hope you can come along and enjoy our friendly company, good food, coffee and inspiring short, thought-provoking, TED-style talk.
It is good fun and we'd love to see you. It is ideal for anyone anxious about going to 'church', e.g. concern about the 'church culture' or how you might 'fit in'.
You're invited ... so please come.
Naturally we'd love to have you join us on other Sundays too and our smaller gatherings during the week.
On the 4th Sundays of the month we have a more musical service - a traditional 'Worship' service with lots of singing.
Other Sundays we'll be around tables participating in Biblical teaching, prayer and communion.
Occasionally, maybe on a rare 5th Sunday in a month, we'll receive a scholarly, deep, longer-form talk with a topic that is important to us as a church; usually challenging and sometimes controversial !
